A Dj app that crashes!

A forum that ignores apple users, no other way to communicate with Mixvibes cross dj people. This app crashes almost everytime I close it. It crashes in the middle of playing music.
Apple told change administrators on my mac, restart in safe mode, unistall and reinstall this app.
Either take this app out of the app store or give people back there money.
If you cant deliver a quality product just put it out there for free.
